Job Description
We seek an experienced IT Application Support Manager to lead a team ensuring the stable operation of business applications, managing incidents, and maintaining SLAs. You will coordinate deployments, monitor application performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize fixes and enhancements.
- 5+ years in application support or IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills, SQL knowledge, and ticketing system experience
- Proven leadership and communication abilities; bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred
