Job Description
Reime West Africa Limited seeks an experienced ISP Manager to lead customer installations for our FTTH deployment in Ibadan, Nigeria. The role oversees aerial last-mile connections, directs installation teams, and ensures consistent technical quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily ISP installation activities and manage technician performance.
- Ensure all deployments meet technical standards and deliver excellent customer service.
- Track KPIs, document progress, and report challenges and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
- 4–5 years’ hands-on FTTH installation experience.
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
