West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service / Retail Representative at our expanding Islamic retail organization in Lekki and Ikeja. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills who is committed to delivering outstanding retail experiences.
The responsibilities of this role include warmly welcoming customers, responding to inquiries, providing accurate product information, facilitating transactions, and ensuring the store remains organized. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail. A polished appearance and basic computer proficiency are essential.
