Job Description
Talenthub HR Network seeks four onsite Investment Advisors/Marketing Specialists in Abuja. Full-time role with salary ₦150,00/month plus 5% commission. Operational support includes a pool car for client inspections and official assignments.
- Responsibilities: market and sell company real estate, including luxury properties valued ₦100M–₦1BN; source, engage and manage clients; conduct property inspections and presentations; meet and exceed sales targets; maintain accurate client records; and represent the company professionally.
- Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in any discipline; strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; real estate or luxury-sales experience preferred; target-driven mindset.
