Job Description

Ziba Consulting is in search of a skilled Internal Recruiter to optimize our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to swiftly fill positions with exceptional candidates. Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail are vital for managing multiple candidate pipelines while maintaining superior communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to obtain detailed job briefs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep clients informed on progress.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and various job boards.

Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 per month
