Job Description
Staffora Global Limited is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Internal Recruiter to oversee the hiring process for our esteemed clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and source top talent while ensuring timely closure of open positions. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills and demonstrate strong client management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to clarify their hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates effectively.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 per month.
