Job Description
Careers Verified is inviting applications for an Internal Control Officer position in Lagos. We seek a qualified candidate with a robust fintech background, particularly in LPO financing, SME loans, business loans, and asset financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute internal control policies.
- Assess loan documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Monitor financial transactions to identify and reduce risks.
- Conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Ensure compliance with both company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of loan processes.
