Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Project Manager to maintain internal controls over underwriting and claims, manage client accounting (premium billing and collections), track cross-functional projects and database updates, oversee payroll and HR processes, and provide executive support (travel, calendars, procurement). This cross-functional role reports to the CEO and CFO and requires insurance distribution experience, strong numerical and interpersonal skills, and a methodical, organized approach to handling multiple priorities. The successful candidate will enhance HR practices, collaborate across teams, and ensure accurate operational controls.
