Job Description
Lead Enterprise Support Services is seeking a full-time Insurance Business Development Manager based in Ibadan, Oyo State. The role will lead business development strategy and manage the sales team to grow and expand insurance broking operations, strengthen the broker brand, gather market intelligence, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Insurance or a related field; proven insurance broking/agency experience; professional certifications advantageous.
- Skills: strong presentation, communication, negotiation, analytical, and networking skills; robust knowledge of insurance products.
