Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated Institution/Project Sales Manager to identify and pursue sales opportunities with leading real estate project companies in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Nigerian building market and have strong sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies
Requirements: 5-10 years of sales experience in the tiles, building materials, or construction industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
