Job Description
As an Impact & Data Associate, you will support monitoring, evaluation, and learning by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing program data to measure outcomes and inform decision-making. You will maintain databases, produce regular reports and dashboards, and help design M&E tools and surveys.
Collaborating with program teams, you will ensure data quality, synthesize findings, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or M&E
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic statistics
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication; degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field preferred
