Job Description
Fort Knox Outsourcing seeks a full-time IT Officer based in Abuja. Salary: ₦200,00/month.
Minimum qualifications: HND or B.Sc. with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot systems and networks; provide timely helpdesk support.
- Maintain and update hardware and software; perform routine system maintenance.
- Configure and manage network devices; document configurations and procedures.
- Enforce security measures and protect organizational data.
- Must demonstrate strong troubleshooting, helpdesk/customer-support, and network-support skills; ability to work independently; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
