We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance for a growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure effective talent acquisition, support performance management, and maintain accurate HR records.

• Develop job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews
• Administer benefits and manage HRIS tools
• Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of applicable labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS systems.
