Job Description
Dicalo Consulting Group (DCG) is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our vibrant team in Lagos. This full-time remote role focuses on developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional HR skills, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, with prior experience in the consulting industry considered advantageous. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
