Job Description
Access Staffing (Nig) Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist for our Lagos office. As a Mid-Level HR Officer, you will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of HR experience, particularly in outsourcing or vendor management. A strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. CIPM certification is a plus.
