Job Description
Beckley Consulting Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide daily HR support and effectively manage workforce operations. As the primary point of contact for employees, you will address inquiries, assist with recruitment, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include administering employee benefits, resolving grievances, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, is required. Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
