Job Description
MacTay Consulting is in search of a motivated and results-oriented Human Resources & Recruitment Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, manage payroll administration, enhance our social media presence, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Administer monthly payroll processing.
- Boost our social media engagement.
- Conduct client visits to gather feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 / Month.
