Zael Business Management and Consulting is looking for a proactive Human Resource Officer to join our Lagos team. This full-time role within the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sector offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
As a Human Resource Officer, you will oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, and handle performance management, ensuring adherence to labor laws. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with at least three years of progressive HR experience, including two years in a managerial capacity. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and proficiency in HRIS systems are essential for this position.
