Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team at SSMC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Additionally, duties include preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the entire hiring process. You will also provide training and counseling on policies and procedures, administer payroll, benefits, and remuneration issues, and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
