Job Description
Rentachef is on the lookout for an exceptional Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive work culture and driving excellence across all our operations.
Your responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance evaluations, and managing employee relations.
Qualified applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
