Job Description
Helean Global Limited, a leading Human Resource Solution Provider located in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer. This hybrid contract position involves working closely with management to improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
The Human Resources Officer will support performance management processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and provide HR coaching to both managers and employees. Ideal candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or a related field and have 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
This role offers a competitive monthly salary of N100,00 and requires on-site presence two days a week.
