Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Human Resources Officer to become a valuable member of our team. The successful applicant will oversee employee relations, the recruitment process, and performance management.
Key responsibilities encompass developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing guidance to departmental leaders on HR-related issues. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
