Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited is actively seeking a committed HR Officer to enhance our daily human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess substantial HR experience within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2-3 years of HR experience, strong understanding of labor laws, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional communication skills are required.
