Job Description
Allpro Technologies, a fintech startup committed to enhancing the integration of finance and data within the educational sector, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to become a part of our dynamic team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a full-time opportunity.
As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, executing HR policies, addressing inquiries, and coordinating company events. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry. Knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance with employment laws is essential. Proximity to Chevron is an added advantage.
