Job Description
Soft Intelligent Machines, a leading technology solutions provider, is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager based in Lagos, with flexible work-from-home options. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities will include developing HR policies and managing employee benefits to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualified candidates must possess strong recruitment and employee retention skills, experience in conflict resolution, a solid understanding of labor laws, and exceptional communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be considered an advantage.
