Job Description
Lilysolutions Limited, a business support organization located in Abuja, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager. This pivotal role involves managing HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance. The ideal candidate will design HR policies, launch programs, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new hires, managing payroll and benefits, conducting performance reviews, and resolving employee conflicts through effective mediation. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, alongside strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation for this role is up to ₦150,00.00 per month.
