Job Description
KCL Jobs is on the lookout for a talented and strategic Human Resources Manager to become a valuable part of our thriving loan company. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with managing all HR functions, which include talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate HR strategies, oversee the recruitment process, manage performance appraisal systems, and facilitate employee relations. Maintain compliance with HR policies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field, 6-8 years of HR experience (with at least 3 years in a managerial position), exceptional communication skills, and expertise in HR software.
Salary: N800,00 Monthly.
