Job Description

Salary: N200,00 – N220,00 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating recruitment strategies and overseeing the hiring process.
- Promoting positive employee relations and facilitating effective communication.
- Creating performance appraisal systems and supporting employee growth.
- Managing payroll, benefits, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
