Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for a Human Resources Manager . The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The manager will also be tasked with employee training and development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- HR policies and labor laws knowledge
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a HR Manager in Oil & Gas Sector
- Recruitment and employee relations experience
- Compensation and benefits management skills
- Employee training and development expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
