Guaranty Business Solutions is currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, encompassing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HR practices within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Oversee performance evaluation systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Administer payroll and benefits
• Address and resolve employee grievances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in the oil and gas sector
• Professional HR certification is preferred
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
