Job Description
Free Sponsored Jobs is currently looking for a full-time HR/Admin Manager to join our team in Isolo, Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws, along with excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in HR software. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: NGN 700,00 to 800,00
