Job Description
Fave Consulting is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in alignment with our mission of delivering tailored HR and compliance solutions. You will be responsible for designing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations, and advising clients on best practices.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of HR management experience, possess knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary ranges from N200,00 to N300,00 monthly.
