Job Description
Dreams by DV8 Hotel, a premier luxury hotel located in Surulere, Lagos, is on the lookout for a committed Human Resources Manager to elevate our distinguished service. Our mission is to treat each guest as family, ensuring a serene environment complemented by contemporary design.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process, onboarding new team members, evaluating employee performance, and offering guidance on company policies. You will also oversee payroll administration, employee satisfaction, health and safety initiatives, and contribute to the professional development of staff.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality sector. The monthly salary for this role ranges from N300,00 to N350,00.
