Job Description
Borno Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is a registered, women-led Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organization based in Borno State, Nigeria. Our mission is dedicated to humanitarian and development endeavors, emphasizing education, peace-building, and livelihoods.
We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team in Borno for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor laws, and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess a minimum of 5 years of HR experience (preferably within the NGO sector), and have a professional HR certification.
