Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd, located in Abeokuta, Ogun State, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all HR practices and processes within our milling operations. This strategic role focuses on recruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled workforce, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, training, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, 5-7 years of HR management experience, and strong knowledge of labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
