Job Description
Dynambyte Solar Energy, a premier manufacturing company based in Agbara, Ogun, is seeking qualified candidates for the HR Generalist position. The successful applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to assist in the daily operations of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include providing recruitment support, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements: Candidates must possess proven HR experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software as well as MS Office.
Remuneration: The monthly salary ranges from N250,00 to N300,00, with accommodation provided.
