ROVEDANA LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to oversee daily HR operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
