Job Description
Language & Skills Development Consulting Limited is actively searching for a Human Resources Executive to join our Medical Diagnostic Center located in Maitama District, Abuja-FCT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective people strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that HR operations are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding processes, performance management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline is required, along with 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HR software are essential qualifications.
The salary range for this position is N250,00 to N300,00 per month, which includes health insurance benefits.
