Job Description
Katchey Company Limited is actively searching for a dynamic and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team in Lagos. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about people management and possess a strong background in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing employee databases, assisting in talent acquisition, overseeing the onboarding process, organizing performance reviews, calculating compensation and benefits, and coordinating training initiatives.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in Social Sciences or a related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
