Job Description
Cen Global Services Limited is on the lookout for a highly organized and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting various HR initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
