Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). In this strategic role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, employee relations, and business support.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process, preparing analytical reports, conducting assessments, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is required. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this position.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly (plus benefits)
