Job Description
Kennedia Consulting seeks a full-time, hybrid Human Resources Business Partner based in Lagos (₦300,00/month). The HRBP will promote workforce diversity and inclusion; lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and interview processes; develop HR strategy and succession plans; analyze HR metrics and deliver weekly reports to business leaders. The role advises managers on coaching and career development, resolves employee grievances and conducts impartial investigations, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, structures compensation and benefits, and serves as a change agent and primary HR contact. The HRBP will recommend and refine HR policies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)

- Minimum Age of 18 Years
