Job Description
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is actively seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing employee relations.
Your key responsibilities will include researching employee trends, devising effective recruiting strategies, assisting with performance management, and analyzing HR metrics. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology-driven environment, is required.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from N600,00 to N700,00 gross monthly. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.
