Job Description
AA Finance and Investment Company Limited, a rapidly growing finance house established in 2018 and endorsed by reputable investors, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Lagos. We are licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide financial services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPM, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent organizational development.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employee relations management.
