We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. In this role you will coordinate interviews, maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits enrollment, and contribute to HR initiatives that streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Excellent communication skills and strict adherence to confidentiality
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
