Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant/Intern to enhance our factory operations in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our organizational objectives.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and staffing efforts
- Support employee relations and provide guidance
- Facilitate training and development initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Implement employee engagement strategies
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, relevant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
