Job Description
Lasad Ventures, a premier retail company, is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Assistant located in Durumi, Abuja (FCT). This full-time role is essential in supporting our HR department by assisting with recruitment, employee welfare, and a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Support payroll preparation activities
- Manage staff correspondence and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- BSc/OND/HND in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administration
