Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT seeks a full-time Human Resources and Business Development Manager to manage client relationships, assess recruitment needs, and drive business growth. You will act as the primary client liaison, maintain ongoing communication, address feedback and escalations, and lead negotiations and client meetings. Collaborate with the HR Administrator to review shortlisted candidates, oversee service delivery and SLAs, and conduct post-deployment follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities through market research, maintain prospect databases, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with performance analytics to enhance client retention and expansion. Proven client-management and analytical skills required. Compensation: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
