Job Description
BOND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED is looking for a committed Human Resources and Administrative Officer to oversee our recruitment, onboarding, employee discipline, and staff training initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of HR experience along with a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is mandatory, coupled with outstanding communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to our facility in Awe, Oyo State; we will provide temporary accommodation for up to five months.
