Job Description
BOND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage various HR functions to enhance organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment and onboarding, coordinate training and development programs, enforce employee conduct, monitor attendance, and ensure accurate payroll processing. Additionally, you will maintain compliance with HR regulations, promote a safe working environment, manage employee relations, and supervise office administration.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 4 years of HR experience and hold an HND or BSc in HR Management. Detail orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software are essential. Relocation to Awe, Oyo State is preferred.
